All domestic orders (USA, Puerto Rico, Hawaii) will be charged a simple flat-rate shipping and handling charge of $7.99 for USPS Priority Mail - this includes Tracking Number. Insurance is not provided. USPS Priority mail arrives in 2-4 business days after shipment. If due to package weight, shipping charges are higher then the Flat Rate, we will use USPS Parcel Service (up to 7 days service).
International Shipping Charges
For International Shipping we use following USPS services: First Class Mail International for packages up to 4.0lbs (1.8kg) and Priority Mail Flate Rate Box for packages over 4.0lbs.
International shipping charges are based on the geographical zones:
North America: flat-rate $10.50
Europe: flat-rate $20.00
Countries of Asia, Africa, Australia and South America: flat-rate $28.00

International Shipping Guidelines:
PrettyAmanda.com ships international orders all over the world. We provide fast and economical delivery of international orders. Most international orders are received within 7-10 days.
All international orders are shipped with a packing slip, which does not include itemized pricing. After placing order, customer will receive an order confirmation email with detailed pricing information.
International orders may be inspected by Customs and a subject to fees based on each countrys specific regulations. PrettyAmanda.com is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.
Some countries may hold packages in Customs for extensive periods of time.
General Shipping Guidelines:
All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours - if available - of receiving the orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
All available items will be shipped at once. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available. Customers will be notified by e-mail if items are not in stock.
Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
If return is requested please obtain Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) from PrettyAmanda. RMA must be requested within 1 day of receiving the package. All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. The products must be unopened and unused. Returns for a refund are subject to 15% restocking fee. Sorry we are not able to refund or exchange any opened or used products. Please ensure that any stickers remain attached to the product and that it is returned in its original package and packaging material.
