Uses/indications: Internally - infusion as an astringent and carminative agent, adjuvantly as an anti-inflammatory agent in inflammation of the alimentary tract and in ulcerous diseases.
Externally - as an anti-inflammatory agent for mouth and throat rinsing, for compressions to skin, also for enemas and tamponing.
Contraindication: Allergy to camomile.
Action: Astringent, carminative and anti-inflammatory
Directions: Put 1 tea bag into a mug, pour 200 ml of boiling water, let it infuse for 5 min., drink twice a day 200 ml of infusion as an carminative and astringent agent. Infusion may be prepared in the same manner for external use.
